Our services

iTech Repair Solutions provides electronics repair services and related customer support. Quotes and time estimates provided by phone, text, or our automated phone system are preliminary and subject to inspection of the device. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the device.

SMS messaging program terms

Program description. By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive SMS text messages from iTech Repair Solutions related to your service requests, including callback confirmations, account notifications, and service follow-ups.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. iTech Repair Solutions does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To opt back in, sign up again as you did originally.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information below.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.
